IT'S TIME FOR A TEA PARTY AMERICA !!! With the 60 Minutes II segment portraying any body with even the slightest doubt or question about the IRS, the non-ratified 16th and 17th Amendments or even just why you have to pay so much in taxes, it is time for the Patriot community to take a "shot in to the main bilge" to the ship HMS IRS (Her Majesties Ship the IRS )

stating your protest of their lack of willingness to publicly debate the
above ascertains of the non ratification of the Amendments can in NO
WAY incur any form of wrath. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROTEST AND QUESTION
THE IRS ! But a
right, like a muscle, unexercised will atrophy and become useless.....
so, exercise your FIRST Amendment right to seek redress and send these
bozo's a letter ... here is the one I plan to send...every day ... 7
days a week for the next 30 days ... to the Utah IRS office. You can
send yours to where ever you may be filing, flood these dimwits with protest... disrupt the "Tax
Return" checks and THOSE folks will be sending in or calling in
their PROTESTS for not getting THEIR money ( ever notice there is no
interest sent back... ever borrow money from the bank with NO interest?)
... pass this message on to every one you can, let's fire a round that
will blow a hole in the side of that ship and sink the thing! Dear Internal Revenue Service, Please answer the following questions: 1) What is the definition of "Income" according to IRS Codes ? 2) Why won't you debate, in public, the non ratification of the 16th and 17th Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America? Documentation of this fact can be obtained at http://www.thelawthatneverwas.com as published in the Volumes number one and two of the Book "The Law that Never Was" by Mr. Bill Benson. 3) What law compels an American citizen, living in one of the States of the union, working in a common labor occupation, to pay or be subject to, the graduated Income Tax? 4) Why have you been using fraud and deceit to coerce American citizens into paying a tax that the United States Supreme Court ruled that they are not subject to, extorting huge sums of money from them in addition to usury by adding penalties and interest upon this unconstitutional action and stealing their property, ruining lives and destroying their business. To remind you, the IRS is NOT above the Law, that Supreme Law, the Constitution for the united States of America and you are being held accountable for this assault on the personal Freedom and Liberty of all Americans. Now imagine, what would happen if over a MILLION Freedom loving Patriots all across this beautiful Republic were to send a letter every day for the next 30 days... imagine the effect... and every week for the next 30 days after that, and so on... imagine how wonderful your life would be if all of a sudden there was NO income tax, NO IRS, our Creator God said that a People with out a vision shall perish, we can do this... let's do it |
